Exhibitor Registration

The Career Fair at Niagara College is an excellent opportunity for you to recruit and network and most importantly, showcase your organization to the entire Niagara College community. More than 65 exhibitors from the Niagara Region and beyond, and up to 2500 students are expected to attend.

  • Time slot in interview room **

* Each booth includes TWO hot lunch passes. On the registration form you will have the opportunity to purchase additional passes.
** Rooms must be pre-booked as times and spaces are limited


Cancellation

  • An Administration Fee of $50.00 will be charged if cancelling before Friday, December 21, 2018.
  • We will be unable to issue refunds for any cancellation after Friday, December 21, 2018.

Severe Weather Cancellation Policy

In the situation of severe weather we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel this event for the safety of all concerned. Notifications will be provided by email as soon as a decision has been made. Due to the non-recoupable nature of our costs in this very unlikely situation, we would regrettably be unable to offer refunds to our exhibitors. However please rest assured that we would do our very best to otherwise service your student recruitment needs in every way possible.
